TV PREMIERES: (Fall 2015)

As many of my good friends know, Fall is my absolute FAVOURITE season of the year! The colours are beautiful, the weather is perfect for fashion, and best of all … the TV shows I’ve been missing since spring finally come back to me. This 2015 season has an excellent line up of intriguing new shows and outstanding returning veterans. I’ve chosen to highlight two new shows that are on my radar, as well as have given all of the premiere dates for my top returning hits.

BLINDSPOT – NBC – Monday September 21st

Check out the video below if you haven’t seen the teaser for NBC’s new show Blindspot. I personally am a sucker for puzzles, so I was hooked the second they mentioned Thor-star Jaimie Alexander had zero memory and the only clues to her identity were the maze of tattoos on her body. I can’t wait to sit down and watch the premiere, as Blindspot reminds me of the thrilling Christopher Nolan-directed Memento, as well as centres-upon the FBI, which connects with my 11 seasons of Criminal Minds love.

QUANTICO – ABC – Sunday September 27th – 10:00 PM

Click the link below if you haven’t had a chance to see the teaser trailer for the brand new FBI training academy based show Quantico. As stated earlier I love shows/films about the FBI, so I was definitely intrigued to learn more about an entire show centred-upon the training of their agents. But, the moment I found out there would be a potential terrorist framing of a top recruit I was 100% in! I’m very interested to see how this show will compare to the Special Ops training in the hit TV Series The Unit, as well as the intensive training of CIA agents in the Colin Farrell lead film The Recruit.

Below you will find photos of my favourite returning TV series for both September and October, with their corresponding premiere dates, times, and channels. I am extremely excited to see how the second seasons of both Gotham and How To Get Away With Murder (HTGAWM) will unfold, as well as to follow along to the twists and turns of the more veteran series. If there are any shows that are missing from your personal list, scroll to the bonus section for a link to a site that contains every Fall 2015 TV Premiere date imaginable. Also, if you didn’t get a chance to read the past CCC Series Spotlight on HTGAWM then click the link below!

Also, I wanted to take a moment to state that even though I don’t watch Scandal, the #TGIT promo video (first link below) had me smiling from ear to ear in preparation for today’s return of HTGAWM and Grey’s. Lastly, if you haven’t seen the second video below of Viola Davis’s iconic Emmy speech for her work as Annalise Keating in HTGAWM, then you are doing yourself a disservice as it is exceptional.
